get updates via email

I've added an email subscription option on the sidebar so you can get emails when this site is updated.

It will only email once a day (9-11 am Mountain), so it 'should' send just a single email digest (despite multiple blog posts) and not clutter your inboxes...

let me know if this doesn't work.

oh and yeah, it bundles in any photos (well, the baby's) uploaded to the photo site. :)
